Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- All review IQ spec for editorial cleanup

- Mike discuss plans to review IBIS Accuracy Handbook at next Open Forum
  - This will be Apr 3

- Mike look into MeetingPlace issues
  - WebEx provisioning should be completed soon

- Mike propose IBISCHK bug for 5.5.6
  - TBD

New items:

- Mike: The Accuracy Handbook page could use an index.html
  - It is on eda.org, so we have control

- Mike showed the original IQ spec
  - Bob: This was pretty good
    - EDA tool may affect correlation quality

- Section 7 concepts:
  - We should recommend correlation
    - SPICE correlation adds the S designator
    - Measurement correlation adds M
    - Golden Waveforms adds G
  - Require documentation of how correlation was performed
    - This can be in a separate document
    - Overview of correlation concepts
    - Reference Accuracy Handbook and other docs

- Bob: We should have some education about accuracy
- Mike: We should have a references list

- Bob: Probably not many read the Accuracy Handbook
  - No one currently produces a single FOM
- Moshiul: Companies ask for at least the waveforms to be provided

- Moshiul: The IQ spreadsheet should be mentioned
  - Bob: We originally wanted to embed it in the IBIS file
    - IBIS files can become large this way
    - Mike: Manually setting scores for each buffer can introduce errors
  - Pavani: The full checklist would be too long
  - We will review 1.4 after 7

AR: Mike and Moshiul draft a new section on correlation
